Unfortunately the answer to this is not straightforward. The official embassy websites states that this may take up to 2 months for your new passport to be returned. However those that have actually applied have stated their passports came back in 3 weeks. So we will say give yourself 3 to 8 weeks for your passport to be processed.

STEP 1:
Book an appointment
To book an appointment you will need to visit http://www.e-konsulat.gov.pl/
Msake sure you have your PESEL number (number in passport which starts with your date of birth, that is YYMMDD and five additional numbers). Do not worry if you do not have a PESEL number you can book an appointment by sending an e-mail to: londyn.konsulat@msz.gov.pl.

Complete Application form
Application forms are only available from the Polish embassy or Polish consulate in Manchester or Scotland.
